Mentoring Programs

We match each teen with steady, real role models who understand street pressure, court dates, and school struggles. Our teen mentorship services blend one‑on‑one guidance with small groups, so young men see and practice better choices. 

We focus strongly on youth mentorship for justice-involved boys, helping them meet probation expectations and build real futures. In our positive role model programs, mentors talk honestly about their own mistakes, not from a pedestal, but from the same neighborhoods. Mentoring youth neighborhoods looks like weekly check-ins, school visits, and calls on the hard nights. Through peer mentoring for teens and responsible leadership mentoring, boys learn to lead instead of follow, to stand up instead of give up.
